The new Sambucus Apartments are light-flooded, well-equipped and designed for your needs and those of your four-legged family member. They are ideal for up to two people but contain expandable couches should you require additional sleeping space. The rooms are furnished in an open-space concept and thus create maximum functionality and comfort for you. Whether a cosy breakfast on the terrace or a typical South Tyrolean snack with Schüttelbrot, wine and Speck in the cool apartment on a hot afternoon, the choice is yours.

Since the environment and the well-being of our guests are of utmost importance, we conceived the Sambucus Apartments with a maximum of environmental sustainability in mind. This way we minimise energy consumption and at the same time rely on an ecological and clean air-conditioning system that combines the efficiency of a pollutant-free heat pump with the comfort of a ceiling heating and cooling air conditioning system. In addition, the apartments are continuously supplied with fresh air, ensuring a pleasant feeling and the rapid removal of odours.

We exclusively use electricity from 100% renewable energy sources. In order to save valuable drinking water, the toilet flushing of your Sambucus apartment is fed with rainwater, while our pristine alpine tap water, coming directly from the local house mountain San Vigilio, is energised and revitalised according to the Grander Method.

Why do we allow dogs?
Quite simply: We love them!

We make sure that your faithful friend can feel as comfortable with us as you do. Your dog awaits a food and a drinking bowl, as well as a dog bed, which we clean and disinfect after each change.

Because a dog owner still knows best what his friend likes to eat, please bring your own dog food.

If desired we will try our best to organize a dogsitter for you.

Our german shepherd Sinah and our Golden Retriever Neo are looking forward to meeting you!

The town of Lana is located in the centre of South Tyrol in the green Burggraviate and is located right next to Meran. Lana is the second largest municipality of the Adige Valley and directly located at the entrance to the beautiful and rustic Ulten Valley.

Surrounded by apple meadows and beautiful mountain panoramas, our apartments are close to the centre, but at the same time in a quiet location. Bus and train are also nearby. In only a short time you can reach various destinations in the area from our apartments.

Whether culinary, outdoors or cultural activities, the choices are myriad. We will be delighted to advise you!

The prices quoted are for two persons and one dog per night. If desired, towels can be changed every three days.

Children up to two years stay free of charge. For children from 2 to 14 years we charge a flat rate of €25 per day. From 14 years the daily flat rate is €27 per person.

For the final room cleaning we charge €50 per flat. The cost of the final cleaning is independent of the duration of the stay.

The local tourism tax is 1.90 Euro per person per day and will be levied separately. Children under the age of 14 are exempt from the tax.
